In 1988 Mr. Chandramohan founded the American Reprographics Company (ARC) which is the largest reprographics company in the United States with 44 operating divisions and over 150 locations in the US and Canada. ARC brings in $450 million annual revenue and employees over 4,000 people. He was the president of the Reprographics Industry Trade Association in 2002 and the Chairman of the Sri Lanka American Business Council and received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year award for the Los Angeles area.
