Sri Lanka Tourism to participate in the Arabian Travel Market

Sri Lanka Tourism will participate in the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), the tourism industry’s leading travel and tourism exhibition within the Middle Eastern and Pan Arab regions, in Dubai from 25 -28 April, 2016.
Middle East is identified as one of the main tourist generating market as per the Sri Lanka Tourism Strategy and ATM is the leading global event for the Middle East inbound and outbound travel industry. This year the spotlight theme of the ATM is Family Travel.
The annual business-to-business (B2B) exhibition showcases over 2,800 products and destinations from around the world to over 26,000 buyers and travel trade visitors across 4 days at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC).
Sri Lanka Tourism has participated at this event since 2003 along with the members of the travel and tourism industry in Sri Lanka and this is the 14th consecutive year of participation at the event with 56 co-exhibiting industry participants.
The main theme of the Sri Lankan pavilion at the ATM will be wild life and tea tourism. There will also be a focus on Travel Technology, Business Travel, Luxury and Wellness.
This fair is an opportunity to grow the market and build relationships with regional tour operators in Middle East and Arab region. Source : Government News Portal
