Samsung’s Customer Contact Centre relocated to offer global standards of service in Colombo

Digital technology leader, Samsung Electronics recently shifted its Customer Contact Centre to a newly refurbished office at the World Trade Centre, Colombo. The office’s opening ceremony was attended by the senior management and staff of Samsung Electronics including, H.K. Chang, Managing Director, Samsung Electronics India – Sri Lanka Branch Office, Omer A. Fareed – CEO, Amazai Group and Samsung Electronics management team and the Envoy facility team.

Commenting on the relocation, H.K. Chang, Managing Director, Samsung Electronics India – Sri Lanka Branch Office stated, “Samsung strives to ensure that our valued consumers in Sri Lanka receive the same quality products and customer care enjoyed by our consumers across the world. We are dedicated to delivering a high quality service that is both convenient and meets the varied needs of our product users. This signature Contact Customer Centre will provide our valued consumers with a world-class service at a convenient and central location.”
