Visakhians of New South Wales ended the centenary year celebrations of their Alma mater in style with a spring themed high tea in Lachlan’s Restaurant in the old government house in Parramatta. The afternoon gave a chance for the ladies to venture out in their spring attire to catch up over a sumptuous high tea while listening to soothing melodies played on the violin by 13 year old Athandri Somaratne, a past pupil of Visakha Vidyalaya, Colombo. Sajotha Karunaratne welcomed the guests while the MC for the afternoon Sashini Ambagahawita kept the crowd entertained with her witty humor. Jinani Nisanka took to the stage to introduce the interim committee of Visakhians of NSW and enlightened the guests on the future of the association. Robin Wijdjaja of Infinity Shutter captured the fun and fashions of the afternoon. The venue was adorned with spring decorations by S&S Events Boutique.
