The United States Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Nisha Biswal will address the Sri Lanka Policy Forum at Columbia University in New York today, the Department of State announced.
The Sri Lanka Policy Forum program featuring Assistant Secretary Biswal will be launched Monday at 4:00 p.m. at the International Affairs Building of the School of International and Public Affairs of the Columbia University.
The Program is hosted by the Program on Policy Building and Human Rights at Columbia University’s Institute for the Human Rights and the Association of War Affected Women.
