Together we are stronger. The second Pillars of Resilience

Capacity Building Program on Community Resilience for religious leaders was held on 27.06. 2019 at the Seventh Day Adventist Headquarters, which was the warm and welcoming host   The training was attended by nineteen religious leaders and representatives of religious organizations Buddhist temples, the Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Church, Church of Ceylon, All Ceylon Jamiyathul Ulama (ACJU) and the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ACJU).  

The Pillars of Resilience – Capacity Building of Religious Leaders on Community Resilience is a project funded by the US Embassy Colombo through the Small and Mighty Grants Program, administered by Sarvodhaya and Implemented by Resilience Research, Training and Consulting, the Disaster Preparedness and Response Division of the Ministry of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine, and the Disaster Management Center of the Ministry of Disaster Management.
