Sri Lanka’s first Solar Power Chinese five star hotel, Jie Jie Beach will open in Panadura, a city around 27 miles away from Colombo. This US$ 30 million project is a joint venture between China’s J. J. Construction and White Heaven Hotels, Panadura. Jie Jie Beach will employee over 200 and will be managed by Jetting.
J. J. Construction is an international construction company which builds skyscrapers. The Beijing Olympic Stadium was built by J.J. too. J.J. construction is planning to build three more hotels in Galle & Kandy within the next few years.
