The five men who drowned off Camber Sands in East Sussex, England have not yet been identified as Sri Lankans, the Sri Lankan High Commission in the UK said this afternoon.
Foreign Affairs Ministry said according to the High Commission, investigations are being carried out into the matter and the nationality of the victims had not been revealed so far.
However, Daily Mail reported that the five men who drowned in East Sussex were a group of Sri Lankan friends visiting from London.
