The Irish Times showcased Irish photographer James Fennell’s new book, “At Home in Sri Lanka” which explores everything the beautiful island has to offer. From the faded colonial grandeur of a house belonging to Hollywood star Gillian Anderson to the tropical modernism of a new build by a Dublin family. He shows the diverse decor styles put together with years of Dutch, English and Portuguese influences and the work of the father of tropical modernism, the late Sri Lankan architect Geoffrey Bawa.
