Francia was born in the year 2000 in Paris to Santhi Rajakaruna from Galle and Geevaraj Rajasingham from Batticaloa. She was chosen as the first Millennium baby in France and she was lucky enough to receive a cheque of 16.000/- French Francs from the French Government as a present.

Not only is Francia a brilliant student at Bishop Challoner Catholic School in Kings Heath Birmingham, she is the Captain of the Girls Football Team and Basketball Team.

Now fourteen, Francia will be competing at Miss Teen Inspiration UK 2014/2015 as a finalist. The 25 finalists  will compete on March 21, 2015 at the Dolman Theater in Newport.

Francia is fundraising for Ayla Mea’s “Three steps forward”. Baby Ayla is suffering from a condition called cerebral palsy. This condition means that baby Ayla will probably not be able to walk and will need constant care for the rest of her life. Her family is looking to set up this charity to help fund more treatment for baby Ayla. Organizers of Miss Inspiration, with the help of their contestants, are willing to help baby Ayla with this fundraising.
