Feb 15, 2016
Sri Lanka captain Dinesh Chandimal won the toss again and opted to field first against India in the 2nd Twenty20 International here tonight (February 12). The visitors made one change, welcoming back Tillakaratne Dilshan in place of Niroshan Dickwella. India are unchanged.
In the series opener, Chandimal had won the toss and opted to bowl first. It was a green pitch and their seamers exploited the conditions. Though there is no grass on today’s pitch, Chandimal said the 22-yard strip won’s change much.
In the first game of the series in Pune on Tuesday (February 9), India were bundled out for 101 on a green pitch. In reply Sri Lanka reached the target, losing 5 wickets. This is a must-win game for India as the series is at stake.
