The Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Milan, Italy together with “Milan Kithunu Sanga” celebrated Christmas on Saturday, January 13 at the Consulate. The programme commenced with a special Christmas prayer officiated by Rev. Father Claude Wanasinghe, Chaplain of Milan, who invoked blessings upon all the participants and Sri Lankans.

Christmas Carols were sung by the choir of the Kithunu Sanga. Dancing items performed by the Kithunu Sanga dancing troupe added more glamour to the event. The program ended with a Vote of Thanks by Consul General Pradeepa Saram followed by a reception where seasonal goodies were served to the guests.
