SLAAH is adopting a 2-mile stretch of State Highway #3, between Clear
Lake City Blvd and Dixie Farm Road. As part of this, SLAAH needs to
remove road-side trash from the highway several times a year.
WHEN: The first clean-up event is scheduled for Saturday 22nd, starting
at 8:00 AM.
WHERE TO MEET: Those who want to volunteer and support us in this
effort, please meet at Sylvan Rodriguez Park located at 1201 Clear Lake
City Blvd., Houston TX 77062 (Highway3 / Clear Lake City Blvd) before
8:00 AM.
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable clothing, Shoes (no open toes),
WHAT ELSE: Due to the nature of the work, we need only Adults and Kids
over 13 only please.
All participants will be asked to attend a briefing before we start and sign
waiver forms ( waive SLAAH/ Y-SLAAH responsibility for any injuries!!)
